June 2023 Subscription Boxes Roundup

It’s time for our monthly roundup of subscription boxes so you can see what themes are available at all our favourite boxes, along with some one off and less well-known boxes. This time, there’s a mix of themes for summer and rainy season, all with plush, stationery, candy and more.

Pusheen Box & Cat Kit (US)

The Summer Pusheen Box & Cat Kit are now available for preorder, shipping in July. Both will have an Ice Cream theme with sweet exclusives for you or your cat. Keep an eye on the Pusheen Box Instagram for some spoilers and look out for our belated Spring Box review on our blog later this month.

Bokksu (JP)

I was happily surprised to discover that the Hello Kitty & Friends collaboration with Bokksu is ongoing as a bi-monthly box and there’s a new box available now. The theme for summer is Okinawa Beach Party and contains 20+ seasonal and small batch snacks plus exclusive collectibles. The theme for their regular snack box is Midori Summer with all-green snacks including matcha, pear and kiwi flavours. Use our link to subscribe and get a code for $15 off your first box.

TokyoTreat & YumeTwins (JP)

The TokyoTreat family has a fun mix of themes this month. TokyoTreat (candy & snacks) is visiting Japan’s second city with an Osaka Snackation theme and some snack versions of famous local specialties. YumeTwins (kawaii) is highlighting Hatsune Miku & Cinnamoroll in a Project Besties box, and there’s also Mochi & Fruit Marvels from Sakuraco and Color Pop Pretty beauty & makeup from nomakenolife. Japan Crate & Doki Doki Crate (JP)

Japan Crate (candy & snacks) have a Samurai theme this month, with 18-20 treats and a mini katana pen. Doki Doki (kawaii) will have a Relax At Home theme with lifestyle items for rainy season. SoKawaii (JP)

SoKawaii have a SoKawaii’s Dream Land theme for the July box with Kirby, Sailor Moon and Sanrio characters all included on a mix of kawaii and lifestyle items. Sign up by the end of the month to get one.

Kawaii Box & Japan Candy Box (HK)

This month, the Kawaii Box theme is Harajuku Vibes which will include cute lifestyle items featuring My Melody, Kuromi, Pretty Cure and more. The Japan Candy Box theme is Tokyo Arcade Tour with snacks and candy inspired by characters like Super Mario, Pokemon & Kirby. Signups for both close at the end of the month.

Elves Box (SG)

Get creative with a subscription box from Sophie & Toffee. There’s cute animal themes for both The Elves Box (Miniature Cat Cafe) and The Pixie Box (Pets Paws & Me) which have everything you need for multiple resin projects.
