Now that we’ve entered October and fall seems official (in this part of the world), we all want to add to our seasonal craft list, yes? I know I do, so I’ve put together a short list of some of the really cute uploads from my YouTube subscriptions over the past week or so.
Personally, I always get bitten by the baking bug as soon as October 1 comes along; if you feel the same, might I suggest trying your hand at making your own version of the Hello Kitty pumpkin spice cake by Pankobunny?
If you’re looking for a papercraft, Kamikey Origami uploaded a simple leaf origami tutorial that’s great for beginners to the art. Make several in different colors and add some string for a seasonal garland or mobile.
Rainbowholic uploaded a video on her October bullet journal layout that offers really cute design inspiration and ideas for a theme if you’re stuck on what you should do with your own journal!
Chelsey DIY also has a very simple DIY video on kawaii pastel pumpkin nail art that is great if you prefer a pastel alternative over the more traditional autumnal/Halloween color palettes.
And last but certainly not least, Binc Bonc has a super adorable needle felt raccoon tutorial that I’m now dying to make. Woodland animals are definitely my favorite motif when it comes to fall crafts!

Andi lives in the countryside of Georgia in a house packed with kawaii decor and vintage toys, and enjoys the company of two squishy kitties named Thumper and Marie. When she’s not barricaded in her pink craft room creating something, she can be found reading, playing Animal Crossing games, or baking something to satisfy her massive sweet tooth.
