It’s that time of year again when Sanrio want to find out which characters are the most popular and they need your votes!
Last year’s results were a bit of a blow to Hello Kitty, who only just scraped into the top 5 while my personal favourite, Pompompurin, was crowned the winner. I expect this year Gudetama will be pushing higher but we’ll have to wait and see!
You can choose from 100 characters including some very obscure ones I’ve never heard of before. I want to know more about Shinkaizoku (a blue octopus) and Kashiwankomochi (puppy mochi!).
There’s also a little mobile game called Sanrio Shake de Pon. Just shake your phone to get a gashapon capsule containing a surprise character. You can then find out more about them or give them a vote.
You can vote once a day until June 11th and the winners will be announced on July 2nd. Get voting!
