From Japan With Love

From Japan With Love is a constant trial for us at SCK Towers. Every time we go searching for cute stuff, the cutest things are inevitably from one of their shops, and also so ridiculously cute that we’ve had to train our credit cards to say NO. We have to try very hard not to turn this into a From Japan With Love blog, but thankfully they have set one up themselves so we can all go marvel at the new kawaii in one place. It’s called Products From Japan With Love and they’re already promising all the details on new products, photos of things you can special order and lots of discount codes. Woo! Go check it out.
So I thought I’d risk my credit card and go have a look at their Yahoo store for some kawaii.

AAAAAAAH! This is probably the most kawaii mug in the entire universe. I am literally blubbing my eyes out. Whatever did we all do before the Hannari Tofu? See all the designs here.

From Japan With Love definitely have the best selection of mobile holders on the interwebs and this is a new favourite of mine. He’s a sabokappa, a water imp. pretending to be a cactus. Aw.

Schooltime was never this cute when I was a child. If I’d had a happy cake pencil case I’d have had a lot more fun.

I already enjoy grocery shopping far more than is sensible but this Tofu Eco Bag would be the icing on the cake.

A range of Japanese snacks has been introduced to the shop recently which allows us Westerners to enjoy the madness that is Japanese KitKats. They range from the delicious (caramel pudding, banana, apple) to the frankly ridiculous. Yes, that is baked potato flavour above. Hokkaido potato, actually. They also have Hokkaido sweetcorn. Nom nom :/

While living in Thailand, I went to the town of Trat a few times, and there was a great dept.store there with a fab gift section. Lots of kawaii goodies. Seeing your photos of the cute mug reminded me of two mugs I got on my final trip to Trat Department Store…..they are marvellous – must post photos on flickr!
Love to the SCK team!! Liz xx
