Miffy celebrates her birthday this weekend so here’s a look all the latest collabs and collections, plus a themed hotel room!
There’s a new Miffy x Cambridge Satchel (UK) collection that’s full of brightly-coloured bags and accessories. These are all very high quality 100% leather bags with lots of practical features but with prices to match. There are a few more affordable items though, like the adorable AirPods case, a bag charm, coin purses and notebooks.
Cath Kidston also keep bringing out new items and designs for their Miffy collection, available online from Next (UK). There’s clothing and bags for both adults and kids but I especially love the homewares. How can you resist a teapot with bunny ears?
If you’re feeling creative, The Crafty Kit Company (UK) have a range of Miffy craft kits for embroidery and needlefelting, plus matching needleminders. There are designs suitable for both beginners and improvers so you should be able to find one to suit you.
Uniqlo (global) have a new set of Miffy t-shirts that look very chic and fresh for summer. I really love the blue stripes but you can also have Miffy peeking out or even her parents. I have one of these shirts from the prevous collection and it’s holding up really nicely so I’m quite tempted.
Smoko (US) have 2 new sets of Miffy blind box figures to try your luck with. This Dressing Up set has her wearing some iconic outfits and there’s also Miffy in Shoes.
If you’re still thinking about those bags, BoxLunch (US) have a more cheap and cheerful collection of Miffy exclusives with accessories that won’t break the bank. This quilted handbag and coin purse still have some nice details and there’s also Miffy head pochi purses, a tablet case and enamel pins.
Miffy is popular in Japan too and VeryGoods (JP) have a nice selection of Japan-exclusives. These wedding plush sets would make a lovely wedding gift for a kawaii couple and they come in both traditional and Western outfits.
For an extra special treat, book a stay at the UK’s first ever Miffy hotel room at Hilton London Bankside. The room is full of fun Miffy details including artwork, lamps, and a Miffy tea set. It’s only around for a limited time so you’ll need to check the dates for availability and pricing.
