Happy Birthday Miffy! In celebration of Miffy’s birthday I’ve collected some recipes to make the perfect themed party table in honour of the world’s cutest bunny.
These sweet little buttery biscuits from Simply So Good are just quintessential Miffy. While you do need a special cutter for these, you could just use a regular bunny cutter and then ice a Miffy face on instead.
You could even upgrade the flavour from the petit beurre biscuits above, by making these matcha sandwich cookies from Miffy Blogs. The slight bitterness to matcha is always a great combination with sweet foods.
For something savoury, why not try making this bento from Sethlui and Little Miss Bento. Miffy in her little yellow dress, surrounded by flowers would be gorgeous on the table for spring/summer or for a picnic celebration outside.
If the larger bento is too big for your celebration, then these adorable Miffy and friends onigiri at My Reading Room look perfect for sharing with friends. The recipe is from from Little Miss Bento’s Miffy Cookbook.
I love these pull apart buns from The Scoop that look so cute on their own, but would work with both sweet and savoury fillings too. The video is in Korean, but has English subtitles too and is very easy to follow along with.
The icing on the cake (literally) and the centrepiece for our birthday celebration has to be a birthday cake. This birthday sprinkles cake from Miffy Blogs looks really versatile and very fun to decorate!
