If you’re anything like me, it can be easy to dislike the winter season once the holidays have passed. It can be a cold and somewhat dreary time for many people, but there are also many that love it. Here are a few free projects to help make the rest of the season a little more kawaii!
I’ve been very into cute yeti items this winter, so I squealed when I found this kawaii yeti monster plushie at Tuts+. It’s super cute and it would definitely make a unique addition to any plushie collection.
This winter kitten clay DIY by aCupOfCakeTV is a great option for polymer clay beginners and veterans alike. You could also customize it quite easily to look like your own kitty if you have one. Who can resist a kitty in a scarf, anyway? I surely can’t.
If curling up with a good book and some hot cocoa is one of your favorite winter activities, Red Ted Art’s polar bear bookmark is a cute paper craft that will prove to be both simple to make and useful.
Speaking of hot cocoa…this no-sew DIY marshmallow plushie by Ann Le is a very simple project that would add a lot of cuteness and coziness to the season. I’m tempted to make a whole family of them!
