Kawaii Game Room Accessories

by

Last year I got really into PC games and quickly realized that my all-in-one desktop PC just wasn’t going to cut it. Once I started researching gaming PCs, I fell down the rabbit hole into the world of ultra cute, over-the-top PCs, keyboards, and room decor. Let’s start with game room accessories to quickly transform your space into a kawaii wonderland.

kawaii gaming room keyboard

In my game room, I use the Razer Black Widow V3 keyboard in Quartz Pink. While this is a beautiful keyboard, it is very loud and “clicky.” I bought all of my accessories from the Razer Quartz series because I wanted everything to match and Razer is a trustworthy brand. If I could do everything all over again, I’m not sure I’d go the same route though.

kawaii keyboards

The deeper you go down the mechanical keyboard rabbit hole, the more crazy, kawaii customizations you will find. I recently purchased this Womier keyboard (US) to plug into my iPad, along with rainbow POM keycaps from Jelly Keycaps (CN). Not only is this keyboard much quieter, I feel that the clear case means it can coordinate with a variety of game rooms.

cinnamoroll keyboard

I’m still a mechanical keyboard newbie, but seeing kawaii keycap sets like this Cinnamoroll set by Akku (on backorder) and the Tiramisu set from Peshwormoosegener (CN) have me more excited to get into the hobby. For more inspiration, Smuuchum on Instagram has a huge collection of ‘keebs’ that’s worth checking out.

hello kitty razer headphones

Razer recently came out with a Sanrio collab and I purchased the Hello Kitty and Friends Krakens because I wanted a wireless headset with (slightly) smaller cat ears. Performance-wise, these don’t really compare to the standard Krakens, but they are still awfully cute.

gaming headphones

If you want a headset that goes with a variety of pastel themes, you really can’t go wrong with white. I have my eye on this headset from Logitech (worldwide) which can easily be worn for work as well as play.

divoom kawaii speakers

One purchase that surprised me was my little Divoom Ditoo-plus in pink. Since I was new to PC building, I didn’t realize that my gaming monitor didn’t include speakers. I don’t require surround sound so I took a chance with Divoom because all of their speakers are just so cute. The speaker I received really packs a punch and is more than enough for me when I’m not using headphones. I use the Divoom app to browse the gallery and upload kawaii pixel art.

Kawaii desk mats

A cute desk mat is one quick and inexpensive way to pull everything in your setup together. I bought this gaming-themed Mouse Pad & Wrist Rest set (US/UK) .

kawaii desk mats

Because I have an L-shaped desk setup, I need a second mat. I’m currently drooling over the Cutie Quest deskmat from Bethanwi x Personal Loot (UK).

There you have it! I hope you enjoyed my short list of cute things for your PC/game room. I recently built my own custom gaming PC (it is pink with rainbow lights!) without any experience and it was much easier than I thought it would be. If you want a more detailed post about how to build your own PC, leave a comment below!
