My town has a whole street of pink blossom trees – and even some actual sakura! – so every spring I wait impatiently for them to bloom. If you want to celebrate the season, there’s so much cute sakura stationery to choose from. These stickers, stamps, washi tape and more are perfect for decorating your journal and happy mail, or just to add to your stash.
BGM is a great brand for washi tape and this sakura set is really lovely with gold foil details. I especially love the wide tapes as you don’t often see nighttime sakura designs. You can find these at BGM stockists worldwide including Fold of Love (UK).
The Washi Station (CAN) have a new collection with an Adventure Calls theme and it includes sakura designs by KM Steere. The cherry blossom kittens washi tape is my favourite but there’s individual flowers and a sticker too. The rest of the collection is also well worth a browse.
If you prefer dogs, Cute Things From Japan (JP) have a cute Mind Wave sticker sheet with frolicking shiba inu pups.
LuckySealCo (UK) have a lot of pretty sakura stationery from Japan and many of them feature animals, including panda, cats, bunnies and even penguins!
Or how about some guinea pigs? This printable stationery set by Noristudio (US) features planner pages, envolopes, writing paper and gift wrap, plus there’s matching washi tape to buy.
Rubber stamps have so many uses and this cherry blossom stamp set by Paper Grape Prints (UK) is even more versatile with 2 blossom sizes, a petal and branch to arrange as you like, or use separately.
The current theme at HAPPY DAYA (TH) is cherry blossoms and the collection includes planner kits for various brands and lots of washi tape. The subscription period is closed but you can still email to order or wait for extras when their shop reopens fully.
Sakura themed origami paper is perfect for spring paper crafts but is also useful for journaling and art. There’s so many colourful designs on Etsy and this set with metallic foil details is from WallAd (HK).
This roll of MT wide wrap at Washi Wednesday (SG) has a lot of uses too. It’s sticky along the edges, which makes it super easy to fold into bags or envelopes, cover notebooks or cut out shapes for journaling backgrounds.
Rainbowholic Shop (JP) have lots of cute sakura items from Japan, along with original stationery creations like this hanami sticker set in collaboration with MilkBerry. If you’re a sakura fan it’s well worth joining their Patreon as there’s much more in the secret shop and even $1 patrons get access.
And a bonus video as Kaila has shared her Sakura Japanese Stationery Haul from this year. So many cute things!
