The 2021 Sanrio Character Ranking site is open for voting so time to help your favourite to reach the top.
There’s 80 Sanrio characters keen to get your vote, ranging from big names like last year’s winners Cinnamoroll and Pompompurin to newbies like Aggretsuko and the Beatcats. The top 3 have stayed mostly the same in recent years but it’s always interesting to see the regional voting differences from around the world.
Sanrio Japan (requires forwarding service) have also released some new products to celebrate and it’s so good to see older and less popular characters included. Even I can’t put a name to all these clip on plushies!
You can vote every day until 8th June but only on a phone or tablet. The winner will be announced later this summer and we’ll share some picks with the top characters again then.
