Noodoll Kawaii Face Masks Review

If you’re on the hunt for the perfect face mask, we might have a new contender! Noodoll sent me a couple of their kawaii face masks to try out so let’s have a look.

Everything arrived in cute packaging (check our Instagram stories for an unboxing later today) and inside were two masks from Noodoll’s cute range. The light pink is Ricemimi the cat and the bright pink is Ricecarrot the bunny. All their masks are the shaped style – rather than pleated – and have adjustable elastic loops.

The fabric is really soft with 3 layers of 100% cotton for your protection, and can be machine washed. They’re still non-medical masks of course, but great for any time you have to go to the shops or on public transport.

The elastic is designed to be tied in loops for your ears at whatever size fits you. My ears are the wrong shape for this but I was able to tie the top and bottom ends together for loops that go around my head instead. You could also make the ear loops as big as possible and use an ear saver. Noodoll even provide a fitting guide to help you out.

Once that was sorted, the mask was a great fit with no gaps around the edges. There is a little bit of fogging with glasses so I’ve picked up some adhesive metal nose pieces to reduce that. I love how cute the design is, yet not too over the top for my small town. I’m definitely going to add them to my rotation and will report back once I’ve washed them a few times.

I’d definitely recommend these face masks if you want something cute and colourful that’s also good quality. There’s 6 Ricemonsters to choose from – all are adult size and some come in child sizes too. Pick them up for £7.50 each with worldwide shipping available from the UK. Noodoll are also donating £1 from each sale to charity.

(Face masks were provided by Noodoll for review but all words, photographs and opinions are my own.)
