iYooBo is a kawaii shop based in China who sell a range of stationery, accessories, bags, storage and more including cute characters and brands like Bentoy Milkjoy. As a recent SCK sponsor, they sent us a package of pink stationery and accessories so we can tell you more about their shop and products. We’ve got a special discount code for you at the end too!
Everything arrived quickly from China and was well packaged in a sturdy box. Inside I found Milkjoy brand makeup bag, sticker box, sunglasses case, earphone pouch and passport cover plus a clear fluffy tote bag, notebook, Cardcaptor Sakura pen & mirror and a unicorn pencil case packed full of pink pens!
I was very excited to see lots of Milkjoy items, especially since iYooBo chose to send the bunny character and I love bunnies. I’d not yet bought anything from this brand so it was great to see the products close up. The quality is really nice with embroidered details and cute tags.
Milkjoy Makeup Bag
My favourite item is the makeup bag, which is so cute and fuzzy! Inside there is a satin-feel lining and the lid has a mesh zipped pocket for small items. You can fit quite a lot in it and I like that it sits flat so you can see everything. Even though I don’t wear makeup, I’m sure this will come in handy for trips.
Milkjoy Sunglasses Case
The matching sunglasses case is just as cute and made of the same materials as the cosmetic bag with a plush-feel drawstring at the top. The padding is nice and thick and my sunglasses fit inside perfectly. Mine are quite small though – if you like big sunglasses this probably won’t work for you.
Milkjoy Earphones Pouch & Passport Cover
Continuing the travel theme, this glittery passport cover would make any boring passport more kawaii. It is a bit difficult to get on and off so would be better to use if you need to carry it around for identification, rather than at the airport. The little snap pouch has a cute embroidered flower design and fits my earbuds perfectly – I immediately swapped over from the boring black case they came in. (sorry for Korilakkuma’s grubby face – that cord keeper is 10 years old!)
Milkjoy Sticker Box
The last Milkjoy item is a cute box of stickers! This would be really useful for your sticker hoard (we’ve all got one!) as loose stickers can easily get lost. The stickers are really cute too – there’s 16 in lots of fun shapes and sizes including holo glitter! The catch is a little bit stiff and difficult to open and mine has been squashed a bit at some point so the lid is a bit warped, but it’s still cute and usable.
This is getting long so I’ll give you a quick look at the other items. The clear tote bag has silver handles and a piece of pastel rainbow fun fur. It’s not the most practical bag for every day but would be a fun accessory for a kawaii outfit or for shopping at a convention.
I don’t really know anything about Cardcaptor Sakura but if you’re a fan, iYooBo stock a few items, as well as Sailor Moon. The pen especially is really high quality with nice details.
And finally, SO MANY PINK PENS! These would cheer up any boring work day or study session and there’s loads of pink things to choose from rainbows and hearts to unicorns and sharks. iYooBo sells these as a pack of 20 mixed designs so you can have a pen for every occasion, or share with friends.
Final Thoughts & Pricing
Overall, I was happy with this selection and would recommend iYooBo if you’re a fan of kawaii stationery and accessories. Pricing is very affordable too – the most expensive item (the cosmetic bag) costs around $17/£14 but most items are under $10/£7 and some like the sticker box and sunglasses case are under $5/£4.
