It’s the last day of International Zine Month – MissMuffcake shared some kawaii zines earlier and now here’s my picks of cute indie comics.
If you like Zelda and other RPG games, you’ll love Dungeon Fun. It follows the adventures of one Fun Mudlifter, a girl with a sword and a quest, plus some hilarious friends. The fourth and final issue was published recently so now you can catch up with the full adventure. Ask artist Neil Slorance nicely and he’ll even draw you something inside – mine has a kawaii Games the fairy!
There were quite few cat comics to choose from on Etsy, but I love the look of The Cats That Stared by Claire Hubbard and will have to pick up a copy soon.
Want to learn How To Make Sushi? Cakes With Faces has you covered in cute comic book form!
I love reading about peoples’ trips to Japan and even more so when they include drawings. Japan Bonanza Express is a fun comic book all about Claire and Emma’s fun times in Osaka, Hiroshima, Kyoto and Tokyo.
And finally, the adventures of Harvey and Charlotte, otherwise known as Octopus and Bunny! There are two cute comic books available, and you can read the comic online too.
