It’s time for our monthly roundup of subscription boxes so you can see what themes are available at all our favourite boxes, along with some one off and less well-known boxes. This time, almost everyone is celebrating sakura season with plush, stationery, candy and more.

TokyoTreat & YumeTwins (JP)

YumeTwins (kawaii) has a Cherry Blossom Fantasy theme with an exclusive plush and Sanrio, Sumikko Gurashi and BT21 items. Japan Crate & Doki Doki Crate (JP)

There’s lots of sakura here too! Japan Crate (candy & snacks) has a mix of seasonal snacks, candy and drink, plus a DIY artificial sakura tree to grow, while Doki Doki (kawaii) has items featuring Sanrio, Cardcaptor Sakura and shiba inus. SoKawaii (JP)

SoKawaii are having a Sakura Hanami Party for the May box with Sanrio, My Neighbour Totoro and Korilakkuma all included on a mix of kawaii and lifestyle items. Sign up by the end of the month to get one.

Kawaii Box & Japan Candy Box (HK)

The April Kawaii Box theme is Pokemon Picnic which will include kawaii items featuring Pikachu and friends, plus Sanrio characters too. The Japan Candy Box theme is Super Mario Land Adventure with snacks and candy inspired by the theme park and Nintendo characters. Signups for both close at the end of the month.

Elves Box (SG)

If you love resin crafts, Sophie & Toffee have a range of themed boxes to try with both subscriptions and one off boxes available. The Elves Box has a Holographic theme for May with resin supplies and moulds, keychains and phone grips to make a few different projects.
