Genshin Impact’s first anniversary is happening this month — with the newest nation Inazuma having been unlocked a few updates ago along with a number of new playable characters. If you’re looking to take a rest from all the action and exploration of the new area, or haven’t played yet but are curious as to what else this popular hack & slash RPG has to offer, then read on to find out more!
For a brief explanation, the Serenitea Pot is an in-game gadget that you can use to access your own housing system. There are currently three available realm layouts that you can choose for your own teapot, each with its own unique vibe and scenery: Floating Abode, Emerald Peak, and Cool Isle. You can decorate your realm with various blueprints, furnishings, animals, and even playable characters that you have. Below I’ve compiled some ideas that you can use as inspiration to design your own teapot.
First up is Maple Cloud by Unlucky Tabibito, which goes well for all layouts. It gives a breathtaking bird’s eye view of your realm and works as a perfect relaxation spot. This is my personal favorite, and I’ll be sure to make one for my teapot soon.
Next, we have a roller coaster by Mikado, which I think is such a fun and unique concept! The overall vibe of each layout and furnishing may not really scream “amusement park”, but your realm is how you make it, and you’re sure to have an enjoyable time riding (or gliding?) through these roller coasters with friends. Maybe you can even play a game of Windtrace after!
Evacska’s Fairy Grove evokes the small town of Springvale with whimsy and forest fairy vibes. It’s a large design that will definitely take some time to build, but the beautiful end result looks very much worth your hard work.
Picocino’s Custom Bar with Built-in Light puts just the right touch of the Angel’s Share bar (or Cat’s Tail, by just adding a few kitties) inside your realm’s mansion. As there are a number of characters in the game who either despise or delight in drinking, it would be interesting to put them here all together. If you fancy it, you can even do some skits with your friends!
This lovely garden café by umi makes for a neat outdoor teatime place, with lots of trees, shrubs, and flowers all around. It’s a serene café that looks absolutely beautiful day or night.
Lastly, we have a lovely Seaside Inazuma Shrine by Pinkpeas. With large torii gates cascading into the sea, it works perfectly for Cool Isle layouts. It gives off an overall peaceful and calm vibe, and makes for a lovely background to do photoshoots with your current Inazuma characters.
How to get your own Serenitea Pot
- Be at least AR (Adventure Rank) 28
- Finish the archon quest “A New Star Approaches” in order to unlock the world quest “A Teapot to Call Home” — once you’re done with the latter quest, Madame Ping will be giving you your own teapot.
Decorating your realm might feel daunting, but always remember to take all the time you need and of course, have fun doing it! If you have any other teapot ideas and designs, feel free to share them in the comments.
