Going to a Kawaii Event?

Hyper Japan

We would love to cover more kawaii events on Super Cute Kawaii but we can’t be everywhere! If you’re planning on visiting a con, exhibition, festival or other cute event, get in touch to see if we’d like you to cover it for us.

Some previous blogging experience is required and you must be able to describe the event in a fun approachable manner, using proper English. We would expect some background information, a flavour of the atmosphere and some details about the performers, food, shopping etc. as well as what you enjoyed about the event. Good photos are also a must – you don’t need fancy equipment, just an eye for a good image. Video reviews would also be considered but would need some accompanying text.

If you’re interested, contact us at least a week before the event, and tell us a little about the event and yourself, plus links to your previous writing or photography (Tumblr, Instagram etc. are perfectly fine).

If we agree to you covering the event for SCK, you will receive a small payment or advertising coupon. We may also ask you to cover future events in your area and can sometimes cover travel expenses or provide free entry.
