I never get tired of seeing new collaborations featuring our favourite kawaii characters so here’s some new ones with Powerpuff Girls, Pingu, Star Wars, Sanrio & Rilakkuma.
We’re big fans of Craft Club (AU) and even happier to see they’ve released their first collab collection for Pingu craft kits! Pingu is a little surprising as the first choice but the results are very cute with 2 colourful half stitch pouches and 2 themed embroidery hoop sets. Everything you need is included and they’re all suitable for beginners.
Cakeworthy (US/AU) always have the cutest clothing collabs and the new Powerpuff Girls collection is full of fun details that make me want to do a rewatch. The varsity jacket is the standout with embroidery on the front, back and arms but I also love the embroidered corduroy shirt. Great to see Mojo Jojo and Him getting included too. Sizes S-4XL
Gelato Pique (US) have a new Star Wars collab that is really too adorable. The loungewear and sleepwear will make you want to stay at home with co-ord sets for all temperatures, plus cardigans and slippers. Who knew Pompompurin was a fashion icon? ELLE magazine thinks so and who am I to argue? The tricolore Paris design is très chic but I’m personally obsessed with the magazine cover design, which you can get as a file folder, memo pad and book cover. It’s all selling fast at Sanrio Japan (JP – requires forwarding service) but Meccha Japan (JP) have a few things too.
Another one for Sanrio fans as JapanLA (US) have created a Lovelymocha capsule collection with Cinnamoroll’s friend. The main items are a gingham dress and sweater vest, which both have embroidered details, and there’s a Spirit Jersey too. Sizes S-2XL
As a big fan of pouches, I’m all for the Rilakkuma x ACCOMMODE mini collab at San-X (JP – requires forwarding service). There’s just 5 designs to choose from, but they’re all super cute. The pancake pouch is amazing with 2 zipped compartments for all your stuff, and the face pouches have chains attached to double as a bag charm. The biscuit-shaped card cases are the least useful for me but I still really want one as the embroidery is so cool.
