Hello Kitty & friends are always busy and there’s been some fun new releases from Sanrio recently including collaborations with Care Bears, tokidoki and DOLLY MIX.
The Sanrio x Care Bears collaboration has been split into a few releases but finally the plush are here! Choose from Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Badtz-Maru or a special 2 piece set. They’re selling fast at Sanrio (US) so don’t wait too long if you want one.
I absolutely adore this new Hello Kitty and Friends Kawaii Mart collection, which is exclusive to BoxLunch (US). The bags are obviously incredible but it’s a big collection with stationery, pins, clothing and more. I’m also intrigued by the water bottles that are designed to look like juice and milk cartons – I’m not sure they’re really very practical but they look so cute.
Over in Japan, Hello Kitty has teamed up with DOLLY MIX for a very sweet strawberry collection. This is a surprisingly wide range of products with bags, plush, jewellery, fashion accessories, stationery and tech accessories You can order from Sanrio Japan (JP – requires forwarding service) or through resellers like Meccha Japan (JP) that ship internationally.
tokidoki (US) and Sanrio is always a perfect match and these Hello Kitty and Friends blind box vinyl figures have a cherry blossom theme if you’re not quite ready to move on to summer yet. Hard to pick any favourites here, though I do love Kuromi’s sakura guitar. There’s also a special collectible Hello Kitty vinyl figure and Sakura Festival bags & more.
