I don’t know about you, but I’m still loving Animal Crossing Pocket Camp, fully awaiting every month’s new theme to redesign my campsite and cabin. After playing for a while, however, it can be hard to come up with new layouts for my cabin, especially for both floors. So, I’ve got a bit of design inspiration here for you, in case your cabin needs to be spruced up but you can’t decide what to do!
First up is a fully autumnal one, so if you like to keep things seasonal (up in the northern hemisphere at least!) then this is the perfect choice for you. This design was actually inspired by an autumn lights event in one of the beautiful gardens in Tokyo, where I enjoyed matcha and wagashi under the bright red maple leaves.
Next up is a bakery/cafe theme using a very green colour palate. For this kind of theme, just gather together a selection of tables, chairs, cakes and plants and you’ve got yourself the perfect place for your animals to hang out!
Continuing along the ‘green’ theme, is this plant shop. There are always so many different plants to craft and grow that you’ll never have a shortage of foliage and flowers to display!
I also love creating different foodie spaces. This one is a classic sushi bar (thank you fishing tourney!), complete with gachapon machine at the exit.
If you prefer an outdoor space then this food stall courtyard could be perfect for you! Just pick out any food stalls you have crafted or collected and have your animal friends enjoy a day out in the sunshine.
For those if you wishing summer was still here, then I’ve got an idea for you. Live vicariously through your characters and give them a beach day! Complete with an ice cream stand, of course.
Lastly, as October and Halloween are very much linked, I’ve got a bit of a spooky seasonal design. Pumpkins, bats, cauldrons and a haunted house, what more could you need?!
I hope this has given you some inspiration to go and give your cabin some love and a bit of a redesign – even that second floor!
Animal Crossing Pocket Camp is a free download, for both Apple & Android.
