Putting a kawaii clip or bow in your hair is an easy way to complement and cutify your outfit. I’ve made a selection of handmade hair accessories that you might enjoy.

I’ve been following the creations of KawaiiHairCandy (USA) for a while, as I really like her style. You can find many kawaii hair clips and bows in her shop and my all time favorite is this large hair bow. Shop owner Dolly also has an online shop with the same assortment outside of Etsy.

These handmade kawaii bat hair clips from CandyZombies (EU) are so cute! They are available in black, lavender, baby pink or white and look very well made. You should really check out the CandyZombies shop for her other cute creations.

This kawaii rainbow cloud clip from StarchasersUK (UK) will cheer up any outfit. It’s handmade with care by Holly, who offers many other cute hair clips and bows in her shop. The prices of her creations are super reasonable too (starting from just £1.75).

At Voxune (NL) you can find a nice selection of handmade acrylic hair clips. I think that this bow hair clip looks very cute, but you should also have a look at the band-aid and pocky hair clips.
If you’ve got some hobby gear at home, it’s not that complicated to make your own hair clips. In the video above Ayesha shows how to make a fluffy hairclip out of a tiny Pusheen plush.
Natasja lives in the Netherlands with her husband and works as a freelance web designer. She likes to spend her free time browsing for cute stuff, blogging and reading. Natasja is currently taking a break from writing, as she’s got to prioritize family and work. But she does miss SCK and its readers, once things settle down, she’ll be back to write occasional posts.
