Did you know it’s the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall? Everyone’s favourite European marketplace DaWanda is based in Berlin and they’re having a special sale all this week. Here’s a few of our favourite kawaii DaWanda shops based in Germany who are taking part:
Funkypix is in Düsseldorf and designs awesome pixel graphics which are then printed on to notebooks, tshirts, bags and more to awesome effect.
andischu lives in Munich and makes the sweetest badges, mirrors and stationery. I love these multi-part badge designs.
smil is in Berlin itself and makes too many awesome things to mention. Who doesn’t love a sailor cat though?
We’e got to have some bunnies! These cuties are by innerland from Munich, who sells loads of cute earrings, badges and hairslides.
And one of my very favourite shops on DaWanda is SiebenMorgen from Stuttgart whose handmade and hand printed stationery and art is just perfect in every way. Maybe I’ll finally take the opportunity to make a purchase myself, if I can pick something!
Updated 2020: DaWanda is now closed – have a look at Our Favourite Kawaii Artists, Designers & Makers instead.
