There’s nothing better than celebrating the season with a dash of cuteness, and what could be more adorable than the Sanrio Christmas collaborations that have been popping up this year? Whether you’re a fan of Hello Kitty or her friends, these collections are sure to bring you some Sanrio holiday cheer. Almost all of these shops still have Black Friday sales running but many end today.
The official Sanrio (US) website has lots of different plush collections in their Holiday Shop including Snowman, Winter Puffer (the Chococat mascot clip is my absolute favorite), and Winter Star, as well as ornaments, mostly kids’ accessories, a couple of lounge hoodies for adults, bags, home goods, and stationery.
Build-A-Bear (global) has a fun selection of Christmas & Holiday Sanrio plush like Holly Jolly Hello Kitty, Evergreen Cinnamoroll, Candy Cane Kuromi, Merry My Melody, Pompompurin with a coordinating gifting bow, and in a giant size! And of course there are outfits for them like dresses and an adorable sleeper onesie.
There’s an exclusive Hello Kitty & Friends Gingerbread House design at BoxLunch (US) on a crossbody bag (the lining is even cute!) and blind box enamel pins featuring Keroppi, Hello Kitty, Chococat, Pompompurin, My Melody, and Kuromi all dressed up for Christmas with their own gingerbread treat.
Loungefly (US) came out with some cute holiday designs as well, my favorites being the Holiday Fireplace mini Bbackpack and Holiday Stocking crossbody bag. But there’s also an exclusive Pompompurin mini backpack and card holder, My Melody mini backpack, wreath wallet, mystery box pins, and a sherpa zip up hoodie. In the UK, you can find most of the collection at Truffle Shuffle or HMV.
This Hello Kitty candy advent calendar by Sugarfina (US) is sure to make your holidays sweeter. This special-edition set was made exclusively for Hello Kitty’s 50th Anniversary and has 24 different gummies and chocolates.
ARTBOX Cafe (UK) has some charming Hello Kitty exclusives for winter with pins, a mug, and a tote bag. One of the pins is sold out, but there’s still Hello Kitty Stocking and Hello Kitty Gift, and I love that the mug features our favorite characters in a kawaii winter wonderland. If you’re near Brighton, there will be limited edition dishes and seasonal drinks at the cafe – check their Instagram for updates.
If you love sending holiday cards or decorating planners, you’ll adore all of the Hello Kitty Christmas stickers at Pipsticks (US/CAN only). These festive stickers feature Hello Kitty and her friends in a variety of holiday scenes, perfect for bringing a little extra cheer to your gifts or cards. They even have a Christmas Sticker Advent.
