Lately I’ve been lighting candles and putting on a whimsical playlist to make life feel a little extra cozy and fun. Especially for the coming fall season, candles are great for that atmospheric touch, and why not add a little extra magic with a Disney-inspired candle.
Let’s start off with an appropriately themed candle for this time of year from Relive The Magic At Home (US) – Autumn Acre Wood, based on the Hundred Acre Wood that Winnie the Pooh and friends live in. Think golden leaves, autumn spices, and a crisp apple. I feel like this is the perfect candle for a chilly night to make your space feel like a warm little storybook.
This pretty pink Enchanted Rose Beauty and the Beast-inspired candle by Inspire Me Candle Co (US) features fresh rose and green leaf notes, as well as violet and geranium, with vanilla and amber underneath. It’s hand-poured with soy wax and a cotton wick.
Étincelles Enchantées‘ (EU) Rapunzel-inspired candle can help transport you to the kingdom of Corona, floating on a boat surrounded by glowing lanterns. I think this is a sweet gift idea for a Tangled lover and it has a bonus chocolate cookie scent!
You can celebrate your unbirthday in true Wonderland fashion with the Very Merry Unbirthday Candle at Geek Studio (CAN), scented like vanilla cake and buttercream icing. I love the decorative purple and sprinkles on top.
“Don’t worry, pixie dust smells good!”, declares Candles of Tomorrow (US) with their Peter Pan-inspired candle. It features a mini wax Neverland that reminds me of riding Peter Pan’s flight at Disneyland. This candle is fragranced with lily, jasmine, and vanilla. It supposedly smells like the lobby of the Grand Floridian, which I haven’t been to but maybe you have!
I seriously need this Llama Extract candle from Think Candles Co (US). I’m a llama lover and The Emperor’s New Groove is a favorite. I feel like it’s an underrated Disney film and is a unique installment in the lineup, as well as one of the funniest and inventive movies they’ve done. Okay, I’ll stop going on about the movie now…this is a hand-poured vegan wax blend candle that smells of sugar, cranberry-apple, and orange peel.
