I started taking a watercolor class and while shopping for art supplies I stumbled upon a big marker sale. I wasn’t able to resist so I ended up needing another pencil case to hold all of my new markers. There really are an array of styles of cases to choose from, so let’s take a look at some that I found…
I’m still dreaming of going to the Studio Ghibli museum and theme park in Japan, but European Ghibli fans can get official merch through Maison Ghibli (EU), and they have this My Neighbor Totoro blue checkered pencil case. There’s also a pink Jiji version. Both are in stock at JetPens (US) too.
If you’re looking for the ultimate pencil case this Hello Kitty and Friends Rainbow Days one from the Erin Condren (US) collab has so many compartments and features, and is cute to boot! You can get it in blue, blush, or black and even personalize it with your name.
I was surprised to find out that Loungefly (US) makes pencil cases, and they’re pretty distinctive in that they’re designed to look like their signature mini backpacks. So adorable! There’s only 11 styles currently available, but my favorite is the Winnie the Pooh Hunny Pot.
JetPens (US) has a wide variety of cases, including these unique Kutsuwa Relala pen cases that double as a wrist rest, making it both functional and cute. Plus you can pick from an otter, cat, sloth, Shiba Inu, or polar bear.
Why not get a cute plushie and pencil case in one? ARTBOX (UK) has this Rilakkuma plush pencil case featuring the iconic bear in a very characteristic relaxed pose.
For the Pokémon enthusiasts – a Color Block Fundamentals pencil case featuring everyone’s favorite sleepy (and happy) Snorlax from Pokemon Center (US). I ended up going with a pencil case style similar to this one because I liked how it’s collapsible and stands up like a pencil cup for easy access to your tools.
Whether you’re a student, an artist, or just someone who loves stationery, I hope my picks will lead you to the perfect pencil case for you!
