I’m new to the cute plush world of Jellycat but I know the SCK community isn’t, and this year happens to be their 25th anniversary! So let’s take a look at the new anniversary items as well as a few of my favourites.
Their mascot, Jellycat Jack, is a big feature, with his little orange hat. You can get a plush, giant head plush, bag, or charm. Fun fact: did you know the name Jellycat was dreamt up by a child who loved jellies and cats and giggled at the thought of the two together?
The Heritage collection also has some Jellycat characters from the past including a grumpy frog, banoffee monkey, and sleepy sheep. There’s also a special edition Bashful Luxe Bunny Azure with a sparkly nose and a brand-new speckled design of blue, green, yellow, and pink.
There’s a new collection for the year of the dragon including plush and bag charms. My favorite is the lavender dragon. I also like the golden fuzzy little one.
There are new releases coming February 1st as well, including an adorable bag charm version of the Amuseables cloud, a pickle, and this donkey that gave me a good laugh!
