Japanese illustrator Miki Takei has a new stationery collection with Sanrio and it’s as sweet as you’d imagine.
This is the third collaboration and features Miki’s dreamy pastel takes on 6 Sanrio characters: Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Kuromi, Pochaccho, Tuxedo Sam and Hangyodon.
It’s surprising to see the latter 2 as they don’t often get the spotlight, but the results are super cute! I especially love their designs on the washi tape with Hangyodon’s retro cafe food and Tuxedo Sam’s musical dance party.
It’s also hard to resist Cinnamoroll, who is using his long ears to pretend to be a bunny and has some adorable rabbit friends too.
The whole collection includes notebooks, memo pads, file folders, sticky notes, letter sets, stickers and washi tape. It’s available now at the Clothes-Pin Rakuten shop (JP). They don’t ship worldwide but Rakuten have a forwarding service so you can shop at any store on the website and have everything sent together. Rainbowholic recently made a Rakuten shopping video if you want to find out more about how that works.
