I’m sure you’ve been enjoying Arlandyia & Emma’s posts recently, and a return to our regular daily schedule. Their posts have fitted in so well that I’ve invited them to join the SCK Team so you can look forward to lots more in future. Let’s meet them.
Andy (AKA Arlandyia) is an English teacher currently based in Thailand with her partner and their cat, Xiao. Originally from Manila, Philippines, her love for kawaii sparked from her childhood interests: Sanrio characters, scrapbooking, stationery, and shoujo manga. In her free time, she catches up on her journaling, plays video games, reads manga, and takes a few short naps.You can follow Andy on social media here.
Emma is an English teacher who travels a lot, usually splitting her time between the UK and Peru. Adventuring around the world is her passion, with Japan being one of her favourite destinations. She loves baking, photography, sweet treats, and all things Disney. If Emma was a Pokémon, she’d definitely be a Pikachu. You can follow Emma’s blog or Instagram.
The rest of the SCK Team will still be writing posts too but the last 18 months have given us all new challenges so adding more writers takes the pressure off and allows everyone to take more breaks, or spend time working on things like tutorials and guides.
