It’s officially spring in the northern hemisphere, so here are a few more cute seasonal crafts for you to enjoy. I’m sure we’re all excited about the baby animals that come with the season, but we also can’t forget about the beautiful flowers and plants that are most associated with spring! For this reason, I decided to try and track down some cute floral DIYs…I think my mission was a success!
If you’d like an accessory to sport for the spring season and enjoy working with clay, check out Cutie Inspirations tutorial on how to make a colorful kawaii flower charm that you can turn into any kind of jewelry piece!
There are also lots of cute papercraft options to choose from. Bookworms, have a look at Red Ted Art’s origami flower bookmark! It’s simple to make and highly customizable, so it’s an easy project if you’d like to make several to give out as well.
Speaking of origami…for something a little more challenging, there is Origami Kawaii’s DIY video on how to make a 3D origami tulip that looks quite pretty! It would be very cute atop a desk or mantle. If you have any parties or dinners planned during the season, you could even make enough to form a ‘garden’ for a unique table setting!
Yet another origami option is the flower bowl tutorial by Paper Kawaii. These would make awesome catchall trays on a desk for jewelry or various bits and bobs. They would also be cute for serving for cupcakes or small desserts.
For planners and journalers that enjoy keeping track of their spring festivities, there is a helpful video by Kyoodoz on how to draw kawaii tulips. They’re adorable and perfect for a spring-themed spread!
