Every year I sell at the Etsy Made Local market in Glasgow and I always seem to come home with a new piece for my ceramics collection. This year was no different as I discovered The Star and Heart Studio and their adorable ceramic animals.
I couldn’t resist this little zebra, especially as he came with a free pond! He’s now hanging out on my mantelpiece with some other ceramic animals I’ve collected.
The small animal totems are the most affordable items and each one is still unique. The birds would make lovely gifts and can even be used as cake toppers.
The larger pieces include trinket dishes, which can be used to hold jewellery, soap or candles. You could even pop in a tiny succulent. You’ll also find bigger art pieces and original paintings, all inspired by nature and magic.
Since everything is handmade, stocks are limited and items may be one of a kind. Keep an eye on The Star and Heart Studio’s Etsy shop or follow them on Instagram to see new additions.
