We’ve had some summer weather here in the UK so my thoughts are turning to tropical fruit. Here’s some sweet treats you can make or buy.
How incredible is this tropical roll cake by Aww Sam? It even has crushed Pocky inside! The recipe comes with a template to help you create the pattern so it’s easier than you might think. It’s frozen too so great for a summer party.
Speaking of Pocky, how about mango flavour? There are a few different versions available online – this Thai edition at Japan Centre has the cutest packaging and is just 99p a box.
I don’t really like marzipan but marzipops are making me want to change my mind. They have lots of sweet summer-themed treats in their Etsy shop just now and they’re so bright and colourful.
