Looking through the lovely selection of fabrics at Fabricworm, I’m a bit sad that I no longer have the justification (or money) to buy tons of kawaii fabrics any more. The novelty section is just full of cuteness so I picked out a few favourites. They’re super-affordable as well, which is an extra bonus.

If there is one fabric missing from my collection, it’s surely a bento box design. This Lecien Happy Chihuahuas fabric would make the most adorable furushiki or lunch bag. Look at the little octopus hotdog!

More cute animals but in my favourite hand-drawn style and it’s called Funky Animals!. I can’t think of anything this could be made into that wouldn’t look amazing. Personally, I would like a skirt.

Kawaii animals, neckerchiefs and French? Is someone a fan of Super Cute Kawaii? M. Le Bun would certainly approve. This is by Kokka, called Putite Ecore Animal Faces and is just delightful.

Nom nom – these Cupcakes look incredible, except maybe the one with blue icing, hmm. Sadly, you can’t eat them, but you can make something cute to look at.

And finally, a lovely patchwork picnic design by Cosmo. It’s got a squirrel with an umbrella and a bumble bee with a watering can which pretty much makes it awesome in my book.
