Laura at Bugs and Fishes has a new stay home embroidery pattern that would be a lovely reminder that for many of us home is a nice place to be, all things considered. She has tons more free patterns too, and you can join the mailing list for more.
Mollie at Wild Olive always has something kawaii going on and this year it’s Kawaii Crossing, a cute little town of happy themed shops. There’s a new free pattern every month for both cross stitch and embroidery so you can stitch a whole street by the end of the year.
We’ve long been a fan of the moon buns by Moon’s Creations and Marcy has shared a free crochet pattern for a Teeny Tiny Bunny. It looks fairly easy if you have some experience with amigurumi.
Queen of crochet Twinkie Chan has started making video tutorials for Creativebug including a free set of classes to make a whole bowl full of different fruits and vegetables. You’ll find lots more free crochet patterns on her blog too.
If you prefer to sew, Bluprint has hundreds of free sewing patterns for all skill levels including lots of bags and pouches. This school supplies organiser is suitable for beginners and would be a fun useful project or gift.
And of course there’s loads more ideas in our Free Patterns and DIY Crafts sections. What projects are you working on just now?
