One of the best things about starting a site about the cutest things on the web is that you get to do a LOT of research. It’s been a tough job, but here are the top 5 things I would buy right now if I only had a bottomless purse!
Number one on my wish list is this cushion by Doodlebug Finery. Food with faces is very top of my favourite kawaii things list and this is almost too much for me to look at without weeping with joy.
This print by Laura George is not only very cute, but also very reasonably priced for original artwork. Check out her other designs too for more cuteness.
In my Miso Funky alter ego, I use scissors more often than most people. If I only had these scissors I’d use them even more. Decole stationery is so cute but hard to find in the UK. Thankfully Tokyo Jazz Panda deliver worldwide!
One of my very favourite things in life is my Domo Kun plush toy which a friend gave me for Christmas many years ago. There’s nothing to raise a smile quite like what looks like an angry Weetabix. You can buy your own at JList or hope that you have very kind friends like me.
Lastly, but by no means least, I would have to pick a tofu plush pillow to add to my small but growing collection. This Ninja plush pillow is the last word in kawaii and is available from husband and wife team From Japan: With Love.
