Kawaii Videos Roundup

Here’s another batch of fun and kawaii videos from the last couple of months that you might have missed with cute characters, crafts, food, Japan and more.

It’s only a couple of weeks until the My Melody & Kuromi series drops on Netflix worldwide. We’ve already had a full trailer and now there’s a new clip to get you excited with a thrilling automobile action sequence! It looks very kawaii and has a whole big adventure story that should make it feel very different to the more low-key Rilakkuma & Pokemon animations. Are you going to watch?

My Melody & Kuromi are also Sanrio’s Friends of the Month and you can learn how to make cute Fruit Sandos with the official channel. Even if you find the decoration too tricky, you can make them in any shape for a sweet summer treat.

Sana’s Life in Japan is a new channel by a Japanese working mom and already has lots of cute videos. As well as daily life there’s trips to big cities and kawaii shops. This latest video is at the adorable Sanrio Puroland theme park with boat rides, shows and shopping.

TDR Explorer is always up on the latest Japan theme park news and this taste test of Plant-Based Food at Universal Studios Japan is sure to help out vegans and vegetarians planning a visit. There’s also recent videos about Disneyland merch and Super Nintendo Land.

Cakes with Faces was back in Japan recently which means a new series of Japan travel vlogs. It starts right at the beginning with a look at the 14hr Flight to Japan from the UK, arriving at Tokyo Haneda Airport and has lots of useful info and tips for your own trip. There will be new episodes every week so keep watching.

As a stationery fan, I’m always excited to see a new edition in rainbowholicTV‘s Interesting Japanese Stationery series. This one has 20 cute and unique products and Kaila shows how they all work. The stamps that look just like traditional sugar candy are so clever.

Want to make something cute and summery? DIY Fluffies has a new amigurumi crochet pattern for beginners that shows you how to make a little kawaii strawberry for a keychain or bag charm.

I’ve really enjoyed My Artist Friend, the creative podcast from Becky Helms. There’s been some great chats with other creatives and the season wraps up with How to Plan a Creative Summer. Have a listen if you need some motivation and inspiration.

Remember to subscribe to the channel if you enjoy these videos so you can see what they share next. We also send out a free newsletter every month with lots more links and videos so make sure you’re signed up for the next one.
