Here’s some cute things from my wish list – including a couple I’ve given in and bought!

It’s getting very cold here and I want everything in the new licensed Studio Ghibli winter accessories range! It’s all so cute, especially if you love the Catbus and dust sprites (I very much do). If you’re visiting Japan soon, you can find these at Donguri Kyowakoku stores (there’s one at Character Street in Tokyo station). Otherwise, you’ll have to try ordering online with a forwarding service like Tenso or keep an eye on Ghibli stockists.

Speaking of Tenso, it’s been very dangerous for my love of Rilakkuma & Sumikko Gurashi. I was so happy to see that the San-X Japan store restocked the little Baguette plush and grabbed it immediately, despite already having a package of Rilakkuma outfits in the mail. There’s still some left if you missed out too – and it’s a whole lot cheaper than the big huggable one!

Paperchase (UK) have just released an adorable new Buddies collection, full of animals who love stationery. Top marks to that focus group for creating something that’s perfect for SCK! I need to get to a store and see everything in person but I’m sure I will end up buying a few things…

I’ve been thinking about signing up to Tiny Plant’s Patreon for a while and I decided to go for it this month for the Halloween theme. For $5 or $10 you get exclusive stickers and surprises in the mail, anywhere in the world. The current month is sold out but you can join the $1 tier to buy past rewards and vote on the next theme.

I can thank Andi’s past SCK posts for getting me to follow Miki Takei on Instagram and I love her new bunny-themed collaboration with Rabbit Department. I think it’s only available through the pop-up shops in Tokyo and Yokohama but hopefully I’ll be able to find some things online later.
