I am getting into the spring spirit with longer days, pastel hues and flowers from my garden. Besides the allergies, I really like spring time! Here are a few ways to celebrate spring from things to buy to things you can DIY.

Turn that frown upside down with a pastel-hued bat. Dr. Franken Becky (UK) delivers the fuzzy-warm feelings with her super sweet monster creations – each one unique and cute.

Is your garden flowing with flowers? Bring some in after you make one of these cute kitty pots from Salty Canary’s tutorial. Bonus – they use materials that might otherwise end up in a landfill.

And if you suffer from allergies – maybe go the faux plant route and make these pretty origami succulents instead. Paper Kawaii has step by step instructions and a video to show you how to build your own indoor paper garden.
![kawaii unicorn body butter](http://www.supercutekawaii.com/wp-content/uploads/2541315.jpg)
This unicorn fruit body butter by Truly Organic (USA) looks edible, even smells edible (like cotton candy) and great for a pick-me-up. It has added glitter for sparkles and is full of pastel shades. It is also 100% vegan and cruelty free!

As the temperature starts to rise all I dream about is almond milk ice cream. While the thought of eating ice cream all day sounds awesome, I do not think it would be the best thing for my health. I can at least carry a Gudetama ice cream pouch around all day! Get it from JapanLA (USA).
