Up in Scotland, we’ve had a very rainy summer, but I’m still hoping for a heatwave while I’m on holiday next week. If you’ve got the opposite problem, here’s some cute treats you can make to cool down.

I have a Zoku slushie maker that works in minutes and got a lot of use last Summer (this year, not so much…). They also have these fun mini fish pop makers, which give you a whole gang of cute little lollies.

Shaved ice is a fun treat and a Hello Kitty shaved ice maker would make things easier and much cuter.

JList have lots of cool ice cube trays from Japan including Rilakkuma and Hello Kitty, but I was very happy to see Sumikko Gurashi in there too.

And more cute lollies – this set from Tescoma makes them in the shape of bears, penguins and snowmen! These flip open and are great for pudding pops too.
