Washi tape can be useful or decorative, or both! I only recently bought my first roll and discovered that there are so many cute options to choose from. Of course I’m partial to critter motifs, so here is a selection of kawaii washi tape with animals that I found on Etsy.
HappyLilBear (US) has a pretty good selection of kawaii washi tapes, but this listing was my favorite. You can choose from ‘buds under rainbow’ or ‘flower power buds’, featuring cats, bunnies, tigers, cows, bears, dogs, and frogs.
Ilariapops (EU) also has a big variety of washi, Cute Friends being the one that caught my eye. It has a selection of their original characters – Puddle the frog, Lettuce the snail, Paco the bear, Honey the bee, Bao the tiger, and Mango the cat.
I loved this Pink Sloth Letters design from Keymonster Shop (US). How cute would this be to include on an envelope for a card or letter that you’re sending to a loved one.
I found this navy cat washi tape that I liked from Paper Cat Club (UK) from their Wildflower Collection, but they also do a Springtime version, a Space Cat, and a pink tape with a black cat.
Art By Kattvalk (EU) has this cute Floral Fox washi tape with flowers and mushrooms. They also do a Magical Kitty and Magical Fall Forest Kitty one, or you can get all 3 in a bundle.
I thought Mother Duck from Chocolett (US) was a very charming pattern for a washi tape. It’ll look like the little family is traveling wherever you place the tape.
