Easter is quite early this year so you’ve only got a couple of weeks left if you’re planning on doing some crafting. We’ve found some cute craft kits that include everything you need and digital patterns that you can start on straight away.

Pott’d (UK) have a lot of fun Easter craft kits that are available individually or in bundles for family/friend craft parties. My favourite is Hop ’n’ Hold, to make foam dough bunnies that can hold a mini egg! There’s enough supplies to make one big bunny or a few little bunnies, plus carrots. The other kits include trinket dishes, candles and paint-your-own mugs & vases.

The Rockin’ Chicks felt kit from Thimble Wood (UK) can hold a Creme Egg or similar-sized treat and would be lovely for a gift or table decoration. The kit includes all the supplies, plus instructions and pattern pieces for the chicks and their accessories, plus a robin variation to make for Christmas. It’s also available as a digital download.

Bea Kind has a very sweet felt sewing pattern for 8 Easter Ornaments that includes bunnies, lambs, chicks, carrot and daffodil. They’re designed for hanging but you could easily turn them into a garland or even brooches. There’s more bunnies in the shop too.

For embroidery, try the Easter Stick and Stitch pack from Oh Sew Bootiful (UK). You get 17 Easter themed designs that you can use to embellish just about anything, or stitch on to fabric for gifts or decorations.

For decorations you’ll enjoy bringing out every year, Sweet Annet (EU) has an Easter cross stitch kit that includes 3 egg-shaped wooden blanks and cute patterns to stitch on them. You can add thread too, or use your own stash.

The Woobles (US) have lots of cute Easter crochet kits that you can buy individually or as bundles, including accessories. Sadly the variegated pastel version is sold out but the standard bunny and chick are just as cute. Most kits are suitable for beginners and they all come with step-by-step video tutorials. If you’re in the UK, you’ll be redirected to their UK shop which has a smaller selection.

Hobbycraft has a lot of free DIYs for Easter wreaths and you’ll definitely want to get started soon to finish this crochet wreath & garland in time. It includes patterns for chicks, eggs, butterflies and lots of different flowers that you can arrange however you like.

For a smaller project, Flying Tiger (global) has a very affordable kit to make DIY crochet hats for Easter eggs! It includes enough supplies to make all 3 animal designs and will definitely brighten up breakfast time. There’s also an Easter bunny crochet kit.

For a free version, try Rico Design’s crochet pattern for a pastel flower egg cosy (scroll down a bit for the PDF link). They’re also in the middle of a new crochet along with free patterns for a Spring-themed party with lots of cute animals.
