Can you believe Easter is almost here already? If it snuck up on you like it did me, you may be in a rush to find some easy paper DIYs to make last minute.
If you’re in the mood for some origami, check out Tatsukuri’s origami bunny in an egg tutorial. There’s also a second tutorial that shows you how to make the matching egg lid too.
The Dahchan Origami channel also has two how-to videos that show you how to make an origami bunny that fits inside an origami basket that’s large enough to use as a message card.
There are larger origami projects you can tackle too, like Baba Origami’s Easter bunny egg origami wreath.
Don’t have origami paper on hand? The Skip to My Lou blog has you covered with an Easter bunny origami printable and photo instructions on folding. It’s a super great way to try out origami for the first time, too.
Already made or purchased a card and just looking for ways to customize it? SimplePaperMade has an easy tutorial that shows you how to make 3D paper butterflies using a heart shaped hole punch. These would be cute additions to a card cover or gift tag.
If you have enough time for a more detailed project, the Remuriku Channel has a great Easter card tutorial that is completely handmade, but the outcome looks like a die cutting machine was used!
A cute way to design a quick Easter garland is to use White House Crafts’ 3D paper Peeps ornament tutorial. You can use scissors to cut the shapes using their PDF template, or download their SVG file you can use if you have a Silhouette machine.
For a quick and easy way to make an Easter card in a hurry, check out Just a Little Creativity’s free bunny printable art. All you have to do is print the art on one half of a piece of cardstock and fold it in half.
You can find even more DIYs in the Easter Crafts and Paper Crafts sections.
