Colouring books aren’t just for kids – it’s a proven stress-buster and a great way to relax, as well as improving your artistic skills. There are some super cute books for colouring, drawing and activities out there and here’s a few of my favourites.

KiraKiraDoodles has a really fun colouring book with loads of cute characters to colour and some activities too.

There’s a whole range of books in Japan about learning to draw with ballpoint pens. I have one myself and they’re crammed full of kawaii. It’s a really great way to learn how to make your own cute characters. Japan Lovely Crafts has a big range to choose from.
