It’s World Baking Day tomorrow, so I’ve collected a few delicious-looking recipes to honour it. These are ALL vegan and quite a few are gluten-free too, so even more people can enjoy the special day.

Celebrate with this amazing funfetti cake from Chelsweets. It uses vegan sprinkles on both the inside and outside of the cake for a crazy pop of colour.

If you don’t want a full cake to celebrate, then these vanilla macarons from Pies and Tacos could be a smaller scale alternative. I love that even though the flavour is plain, the decoration definitely isn’t.

The Little Blog of Vegan is always my first port of call for stunning vegan recipes and this time is no different. I know tiramisu usually doesn’t involve ovens when you buy your own ladyfingers, but this pistachio tiramisu comes complete with homemade ones. This looks so good.

This salted caramel chocolate tart from Luxe and the Lady comes complete with the cutest little pandas on top. Instead of being made with sugar, the salted caramel is made using dates, which means it’s healthy, right?

Vegan Dollhouse is full of kawaii ideas for vegans. You could keep these yummy looking peanut butter cup cupcakes plain, or you could decorate them with adorable Hello Kitty and Rilakkuma chocolate peanut butter ‘cups’. I know which I’d prefer! This recipe is also gluten free, so it works for pretty much everyone.

The fact that these cookies are matcha flavoured sold me instantly, but that they also look like froggies is just the icing on the cake… or cookie? Bites by Bianca makes a lot of character themed recipes and I just love how she designs them.

One of my favourite desserts is a Bakewell tart, so I was very interested to see this vegan version from the Veg Space. I love that it also includes actual cherries as well as cherry jam too, and there’s even an added extra of making your own jam too if you fancy the challenge.
