More adorable plushies by kawaii artists and designers that you’ll want to add to your collection now or help bring to life.
Afternoon Fika (EU) has a new collection of food-themed shark plush to preorder with your new friends arriving in the summer. Choose from blueberry, strawberry, roll cake and white chocolate sharks, plus there’s lots more older designs shipping now.
The Mokapuff Bakery is open at Mokupuff (US) and these plush aren’t just kawaii but also practical as they’re all bags and pouches. My favourite is the baguette crossbody bag but there’s also a bread bear tote and melon-pan pouches.
The Pop Pals LGBTQ+ Plushies were funded instantly on Kickstarter and now everyone can buy them from the Paws of Pride (US) shop, along with matching pins. A few are sold out but with 19 identity designs, you should hopefully still be able to get your perfect pal.
Swamphy (EU) also had a successful crowdfunder for a set of Cuddly Cow Companions and they’re still available to preorder via Backerkit. Will you go for Cherry, Cotton, Moocha Latte or Sailor Moo?
Lumichee (US) are best known for their adorable moth plushies and they have some lovely new ones for Spring. However, I’m even more smitten with this Honeycomb Teddy Bear who has a gingham bandana, fuzzy applique heart and fluffy tummy.
Tasty Peach Studios (US) made a special Maneki Neko Meowchi that’s sure to bring you good luck for the year. There’s also stock left of their Valentines & Winter Meowchis if you missed out before.
This Bunny plush pillow from Chocolett (US) looks so happy and huggable! I love her big round pink cheeks and it would make a super cute addition to anyone’s sofa or bed.
It breaks my heart a little to see how hard it is to find original kawaii plush on Etsy now – it’s just swamped with resellers. Patience does pay off and I spotted these Missnight Cat plushies by Missnight (TH). Above are the original and angry kitten versions but there’s other cute designs too, along with pins, stickers, clothing and more.
